I JUST NOW installed windows XP on my computer, and everything works great except for the modem. I tried putting the driver on there that I had before but after installing it says: "Cant find the ham device information in windows registry" then it askes me if i want to un-install the drivers.
my modem is a Intel HAM Data Fax Voice modem. & I think it runs off of port 4.

I REALLY NEED HELP ON THIS. I CANT BE ON THE COMPUTER IM USING FOR LONG.
thanks very much.

well, since that registry thing seems to be the only thing stopping me, is there a way someone could give me the registry file so I could manually put it in there. then install the driver, so when it looks for registry settings it finds it?
thanks
