Intel create & Sgare camera software

My intel camera software worked fine in win98se op system
but not supported in Win XP
any software out here(FREE) that will work with camera in XP???
(dont want to have to pay again for software)

This really depends on what you want the software to do? If it simply that you want to transfer the Pics to you PC then Windows XP has this feature built in. All you need is the XP drivers for your camera which you should be able to find on the camera manufacturers website.

If it is other functionality that you require such as enhancing the photos, reducing red eye etc then I would recommend taking a look at Irfan View available from

I have intel's pocket PC camera and you have to purchase the 2k/XP drivers for it(which includes the Create and share software). So I'm guessing that you will have to do the same for any of those older cameras, if it pertains to your camera.

Drivers are available free of charge from

http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df/support_intel.asp?iid=Corporate+Header_Supp_downloads#

and then clicking on the "PC Cameras" link on the left. You then select your camera and then your Operating System. It will then allow you to download the drivers.
