I had been posting this problem in the Operating System's section, thinking it was a software problem.
Basically, my computer crashes occasionally and reboots by itself, and even causes VxD errors every now and again.

Another problem is that my monitor displays the message 'Video Cable connected?' at startup occasionally as if it isn't connected properly but certainly is cause it works most of the time and the computer locks up during this anyway.

Okay those are the symptoms.

I've been told that it's a problem with the integrated graphics on the motherboard, but, I was just looking for something more specific...

Anyone have/had these problems?

Computer spec:

HP Pavillion 8770

733 MHz Celeron
64 Mb RAM
Intel 810i motherboard
- integrated AGP graphics 11 Mb Shared
- Crystal WDM audio
20 Gb Hard Drive
DVD
CD-ReWriter
