integration of cicsoworks & nnm when ciscoworks installed first

I'm in a situation where I need to integrate ciscoworks with NNM but ciscoworks was installed before NNM. Do I need to reinstall ciscoworks so that I can pick the integration option rather than stand-alone or is there a work around?

There's an integration package availabe at cisco site.
You hace to disable the CW trap receiver and install this package
