Integration Manager Codes

Does anyone know where there is a comprehensive list of codes that are used in GP? For example, a Purchasing Document Type 1 might be an invoice, and a Document Type 5 might be a credit memo...and a Distribution Type 6 might be a... and a Distribution Type 2 might be a...?

There is an SDK that lists the codes for most of the master and transaction files. If you have access to Customersource you can download it.
