I have a 150E in a remote office. This office is being migrated to all Cisco IP Phones but the Hicom needs to still stay for PSTN connection. Is there a module I can insert into 150E that will give me an IP trunk connection to Cisco 2821 router (H.323 or MGCP)? Has anyone successful configured these 2 devices to communicate with each other? Thank you.

If you are only using the 150 as a POTS gateway then you may wish to simply buy a gateway.

If the site with the Hicom will continue to use the Siemens phones then you could use a T1 or PRI or Analog ports to talk to an IP gateway to integrate the two systems.
