Integrating CE with Java Page

Hi I am looking for any documentations which will guide me to integrate CE 10/xi with an existing intranet ( in java).

The idea is when the user clicks a link the enterprise authentication has to be checked and the user is taken to ePortfolio/infoview where the user can view the reports.
