Has anyone had any real world experience with integrating Ring Central Trunks and the Avaya I. P. Office 11.1.2.2?
According to diagrams on both sites (Avaya.com and RinCentral.com) they showing the IPO connected to a router -> Modem -> Internet cloud -> ring Central cloud.
Or the other way around: Incoming CLID trunk/line -> Ring Central Cloud -> internet Cloud -> SIP Modem -> Internal router -> on to the IPO and out to two J179 telephones and an analog 2500.
I have tried to copy the pictures without success.
(User) CCC have you ever tried this?
