Integrated Management Tool - Voice Announcement Manager 1

Dear all,

I'm trying to install the VAL management tool (3.0.16) but it will not begin the installation with this error message:
"An unsupported version is detected, please install this current version or upgrade the current version" and exit the installer.

I have ASA installed on my notebook (3.1.13) and i thought that was causing the problem so i removed it and try to reinstalled the same package with ASA 3.0.16 but it also came back with the same error. Nothing else Avaya is installed.

Anyone encounter this before?

I have ran into this before. I believe what I did to fix it was uninstall ASA, run regclean (free app you can download) then I was able to install.
