Hi!

Integer field length are shown through ODBC as NUMBER(10),
Is it possible to show then as NUMBER(2) or what ever thay are meant to be?
(varchar fields can be specified to needed length)

Think about it: a cross-platform implementation like that would risk losing or changing data. To belabor the obvious, numbers are not strings.

If I remember correctly, Progress NUMBER is a display format, and doesn't affect what is stored. That's idiosyncratic behaviour (Progress does many unusual things) for which ODBC doesn't account.

The way to do it is to format the numbers yourself after they've crossed the ODBC driver.
