Insufficient system resources 1

I have a new BCM450 rel5.0 and I have 2 DTM and 2 DSM32 in the main unit and 4 dsm32 and 1 GASM in the expansion cabinet.When I try and add my GASM MBM in resources it comes back with insufficient resources message.. I have had to change values on another system to add additional IP phones but would not know where to go to be able to add the additional GASM...any thoughts?

Yes CEC card is installed..

are the other modules in the expansiom working..expansion Licence required

Note: There must be enough DN’s available in the system to populate the entire MBM being configured, otherwise you will not be able to configure the MBM and it will not function.
