Here is the user report:
When he access internet or check email, out of disk space message will alert him after a period. And he notice that the HDD has only few mega bytes free disk space. For this moment, he need to restart computer and free disk capacity will return to 11G. Thanks.

Here is the notebook info under normal operation.
1. HDD Size: 74G
2. Data used: 63G
3. Free disk space: 11G
4. Two OS version running: OS X 10.3.9 and OS 9.2
5. Powerbook G4, Memory: 1.5G

It sounds like your temporary internet files are filling up the remaining space on the HDD.

Check your browser preferences and set the maximum space allowed for temp. internet files to something like 50Mb.

My guess is that it's been set very high.

The problem seems fixed after he turned on the OS X firewall. Will check his browser preference too.

Thank you.
