The hardest part is getting your resume to the right person. Your best bet is to consult an Oracle instructor about this (they'll be glad to help - there's a bonus if they "discover" you and you get hired).<br>There will be a series of phone interviews - general "getting to know you" interview, questions about instruction techniques and classroom situations, as well as a technical interview. If you get through these, there will finally be a face-to-face interview where you'll either be offered a job or a thank-you for playing.<br><br>Be advised that this will probably take a while. Very few things happen fast in Oracle. The good news is that your acceptance no longer has to be OK'd by Larry!
