Instructions PLEASE!! for Win2000 server

Hopefully I'm not asking much....but....

Does anyone have any step by step instructions for setting up a standalone server that will be a Domain Controller, DHCP etc?

This is the future environmnet...and what I have

1. One win2000 server
2. 5 PCs to attach to it
3. 20 people loggin on to whatever PC is available

I haven't touched a server since WinNT and have had this dropped on my lap

all help is VERY appreciated

for newbies, set up a vmware environemnt to play around is the best way I mentor my students.
