Instant Messaging with Exchange 2003?

Does any one know of any links or knowledge of how we setup this in Exchange2003? We want to deploy this on our new Exchange 2003 server so we can kill MSN and Yahoo. Please help!!!

I thought it was built into Exchange 2003? I am now very confused because a vender told us it was a built in on exchange 2003 and 2000.

It was built into Exchange 2000, but Microsoft completely dropped it from Exchange 2003. You either have to use Microsoft's Live Communications product or a third-party product.

I was told by a vendor this was available in Exchange 2003 as well. This was one of my big selling points to management. Now I find that its not there. O' well, I already got the okay to buy it... hehehe....

I guess I'll stick wiht MSN Messenger until I can get them to spend some more $$$.
