Installing

Hi,
I'm installing Crystal Reports 8.5 for my report writers. Is there a problem with the help files not being installed? I have installed on 3 machines so far and 2 of them are not getting the help files. From the Help menu.
Any ideas. Tried installing in add/remove, still having problems. Any issues that I should know about?
