Installing WSS on Existing IIS 6.0 Web Site

Hi,
I'm getting ready to install WSS on an existing website running on W2k3 w/IIS 6.0. The Front page server exts are installed but not extended. Should I remove the server exts before installing WSS or is it OK to upgrade after.

Also can anyone recommend a good administrative reference for installing and configuring WSS on IIS 6.0. I haven't been able to find anything that has been published yet, and the admin guide is a little thin on info about different issues you can run into. Thanks for any help.
