Installing WINSPM Failure

Ive uninstalled WINSPM and now trying to reinstall but I keep getting a message "windows cannot find 'C:\PROGRA~1\AYVAYA~1\WinSPM.exe" I don't know what to do. I have a Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002. Any ideas????

I would suggest running it in ADMINISTRATOR Mode.

What media are you using to install it from?

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FROM ADMIN MODE.IM INSTALLING IT FROM CD-ROM.

incorrect spelling. Should be Avaya and not AYVAYA

If you were spelling it correctly, and continue to have the problem, you may want to go thru the steps on the Avaya web site where you start from release 5 or whatever and then do the upgrades through 9 directly to your PC and load from that. I did that once where the CD was being difficult.

MERLINMAN I WAS ABLE TO FIND THE LINK BUT IM STILL THE WINDOWS CANNOT FIND'C:\PROGRA~1\AVAYA~1\WinSPM.exe IT SAYS TO CONDUTCT A SEARCH FOR THE FILE BUT, I WOULDNT KNOW WHERE TO GO.
