installing tn768b

I need to insall this card into an empty slot. What do I have to do to install and configure this card?

Are you sure it's a 768B? What type of card is it? I wasn't aware there was a B version since the 768 card was replaced by the TN2182. -CL

Yes it is a 746b. I have a definity system that has a 746b analog line card installed. I was able to find a used 746b card that I want to install to give me some more analog ports.

Sorry, I double checked the card - it is a TN746B.

Just slide it into an available purple (or grey on newer carriers) slot and program an extension. There's no other setup. -CL

Thanks lopes. Do I have to power the unit down before inserting the card?
