First thing you want to do is declare the t1 in CEQU LD 17.
Second Build the D-channel in ADAN LD 17
Third Build the Route in LD 16
Fourth Build the Channels in LD 14
you can build all the channels at once by typing:
"NEW 23" that tell the system you want to build 23 identical channels in consecutive order.

Are you adding to an existing ISA route?
Is it new to a CISCO? Central office?
The guys have good instructions/suggestions but it all depends on what you are connecting to and if you are modifing an existing install as stated above.
(if you are adding to an exisiting ISA route and just adding 24 channels, you have to modify the DCH as well)
