Installing pri card into Mitel SX-2000 (microlight)

Your software level is OK but you might not have the licence to use it can you post your dimension and features select form here or just check yourself to see if the PRI option is set to Yes

One thing I note is that you only have one digital link in your options. Not sure which if any you need to enable basic PRI, the options listed are for special requirements.
Check with you VAR for exact options required for your requirements but from this print out you can change the DS1 for a PRI if you want both you will also need another digital link licence

Agreed. As you need to deprogram the DS1 then reprogram PRI so if it gives you grief then it is a lot of work to put it back.

I just found that out this morning...here is what was told to me "They need MSDN Voice 1,3 and 5 and Public Network Access. They do not have these options and they can no longer be purchased" that came from a Mitel Networks System Engineer. It looks like we have what we need with the exception of MSDN Voice 3 and we have MSDN Voice 6 instead of 5. The PRI Card I was planning on installing was a MC270AA will that work?
