Installing Paradox 7.0

I'm trying to install Paradox 7.0 on a Win2K OS and I'm getting the following message upon activating setup. Please let me know if you have any suggestions:

Internal Error: -4
You need at least 1144 KB to copy to installation files to C:\documents\bonniep\local settings\temp. Free some space or set the TEMP enviornment variable to another drive. Unable to start installation.

***I have deleted all files in temp folder and there is plenty of room on the hard drive. Temp Variable is set properly to %userprofile%\local settings\temp

You may well be getting this problem because their is to much free space on the c: drive. Try to reduce the size by copying files onto it or resize it.
