Installing (or publishing) VB.NET 2005 application

Hi,

Can anyone give me the short version of how to publish a VB.NET 2005 windows application up to a network? I have read through the MSDN walkthrough, but can't seem to extrapolate the necessary information to fit my situation. Most annoyingly, I keep running into security issues that shouldn't be. I'm obviously missing something here.

A little more info here.

How do I publish so that the .exe is on the location to which I published in addition to being in the release folder where the code to saved?
