Does anyone know how to install Service Packs for Office 2000 on a Windows 2000 server running Terminal Service? I keep getting errors. Tried just double-clicking .exe and useing add/remove programs. Thanks in advance.

Tried that at first and it dis not work. Ended up downloading the SP file.

It would be useful if you list the specific errors you are getting.

Can't remember the error exactly.... something along the line of "can't install on TS... blah blah blah". Sounds to me that there is a special way to apply these, if you can at all. I can install most any other application by useing add/remove programs. But it seems that Office Service Packs just don't want to load.

Are you doing this locally or remotely-- you have to set the terminal server in ADMINISTRATION mode and then install them LOCALLY.
