Installing Office 2000 1

I recently installed Windows 2000 Server. Ive been trying to install Office 2000 and It tells me that I need to install it through 'Add/Remove Programs. So...I tried it that way. Then it tells me that I need this:

"Some default settings in Microsoft Office 2000 setup do not work properly on a Windows Terminal Server. To install Office on Terminal Server, you must use the instructions and tools available in your Office 2000 Resource Kit or at

http://www.microsoft.com/Office/ORK/."

What the $&?!%@ is this???? I just wanna install Office2k. Please help

Thats what I was afraid of. I dont have the TermSrvr.mst file. You wouldnt happen to know where I can locate it do you???? Thank you very much...that page explained it all.
