I’m trying to Download / Run the Norton Internet Security 2006 with 2 YR Subscription / Norton GoBack 4.0 Upgrade Bundle that I purchased online (Order Number 2076390302). The GoBack seems to have loaded and installed and the Internet Security software tries to install but the window disappears off of the screen about half way through. It also won’t let me shut down the computer. I have to turn the power off to shut it down. Your on line help was of no help and your telephone help does not work. Should I cancel my order and ask for a refund and just renew my old 2005 subscription or just give up and rely on my MS firewall? I tried removing my previous Norton software but the only thing that I could remove was the Password Manager. The other software disappeared from the add/delete menu. I am running Windows XP Media Center with all available updates including Service Pack 2.
Thank you,

First, this is a free, public forum that has absolutely no association with Symantec. Symantec's online and telephone support is no more "Mine" than it is "Yours", and has nothing to do with the Tek-Tips forums. If you wish to threaten Symantec with cancelling your subscription please direct such communication to Symantec.

Actually I'm trying to get some help because I can't get any from Symantec and I'm not threatining anyone.
