Installing Micros 5.0 on Server 2008 R2 1

Hey guys. This is my first attempt at installing 5.0 on server 2008. I am getting to the registering Micros res 5.0 com servers
.RvcChkCntImport The install hangs indefinitely from that point. Is anyone familiar with a 2008 install?

You are probably trying to install from the default Administrator user. You can't. Create a new user account, type of Administrator, and install from that. In the 5.0 RMF it specifically states that you can't install Micros from the default Administrator account that Windows creates.

Oddly enough, it seemed to work this last time through. I ended up closing that window and the install finished. I figured it would be corrupted somehow. But so far ops come up and I can start the database and res. Think I can trust it?
