Installing manager R6 issues

I had manager release 5 and was upgrading to R6 on my PC and for some reason was prompted to uninstall the previous version which i did but it doesnt matter what i do i am still getting the error previous version has been detected please uninstall that first meanwhile I have uninstalled everything from the control panel, rebooted the PC uncountable times. i have tried to re-install the R5 and was also getting the same error.Any ideas will be appreciated thanks

Or open "regedit" and search for anything called avaya and delete it, always works

Intrigrant, that is what they call a new feature.
Just like the warranty dropping from 2 to 1 year and now you can buy 2 or 4 years while the thing should work much longer!!!

I have changed my signature and it will stay there until Avaya has changed their support policy or until I changed to another brand, Shoretel sounds to be pretty nice.

I think it is stupid too.
Paying for there own made bugs, sounds idiot to me!!!

Avaya is killing there own product this way!
