Installing IP4620 on S8500

This may sound like a basic question but here we go:
I'd like to purchase a few IP4620 VoIP sets with power adapter for testing. I've never installed them before but have plenty experience installing and creating stations for digital and analog sets on a S8500 with CM 2.2. We also have plenty of RTU so that won't be a problem. So I guess my question is besides purchasing the IP phones and configuring them in Avaya Site Administration, is there any other pieces of hardware to purchase? Or software? Do I need a TFTP server for just a few sets that won't be moved from their location.
I hope I've given enough information.

You'll need the following:

TFTP Server (basically provides scripting and firmware to phone) can be downloaded for free from Avaya or Solarwinds

CLAN Card (basically provides network connectivity to PBX)

MedPro Card (basically provides audio for IP call)

I have a CLAN card and MedPro, so I'm good there.
Do you assign each IP set a CLAN port? Guess I should read up more on Avaya's website.

The basics:

When the phone begins to boot up.

Press * to program

1.) Phone Setting (enter 0.0.0.0. press # to continue)
2.) CallSv (CLAN IP Address example: 10.4.60.40)
3.) CallSvPort (1719)
4.) Router (Default route example: 10.4.60.1)
5.) Mask (Whatever your subnet is example: 255.255.255.0)
6.) FileSv (Your TFTP Server IP Address)
7.) 802.1Q=Auto (press # to continue)
8.) VLAN ID=0 (press # to continue)

This may get a phone on-net for proof of concept.
