Installing Ex 5.5 onto Win2K Box in Win 2K Domain

Folks,
I'm attempting to install Exchange 5.5 onto a Win 2K Domain member server but am getting the following message - "You nede to install Exchange 5.5 onto an NT 4.0 Domain". Has anyone got a known workaround.

calendar issue, when accepting an appointment the appointment goes into the acceptees personal cal not the public one.
