I am having problems with sms recognising potential clients over a segemented network... For example I have a client with an ip of xx.xx.161.11 it has a subnet mask of 255.255.255.128 Sms has a boundery set as xx.xx.161.0 and does not find it. Yet if I set the subnet mask of the client (which I don't want to do) to 255.255.255.0 sms finds it. I have many such segments for remote clients, often very far away, so this issue keeps comming up.

Any help (and I am sure it is something simple) would be appreciated) Thanks

Why don't you want to change your subnet mask? Are you a class B or C network?
