Hi guys,

I need to rebuild our Avaya server from scratch but I haven't done it before.
Would you guys please direct me to right resource? I have all installer files from privous installation but I need to know steps and order to go thru them.
I looked at Avaya documentation but I got lost unfortunately...

I need to install
[ul]
[li]Voicemail Pro Client[/li]
[li]CCR[/li]
[li]One-x Portal[/li]
[li]Manager[/li]
[li]Contact Store[/li]
[li][/li]
[/ul]

thank you

I would suggest bring in a qualified business partner to do this

One-x and CCR should not be installed on the same server.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Hello,
Thanks for answer guys.

@Smokinjoe2938
We are operating with pretty tight budget right now so I would want to try to figure it out by myself. Would you please direct me to right resource?

@tlpeter
Original installation has been done by avaya professional and he has installed everything into same server. We don't have a huge call center here, just 30-35 employees using it.

listen to tlpeter, ccr and one-x should never be installed on the same server, this stated by Avaya, any avaya business partner in your area should be able to assist you with these installs.

I have my flame suit on, fear not. But I have run One-X-Portal and CCR on the same sever before, however both were very low usage services. 5 users on One-X tops and a small queue in CCR. It worked fine but it isn't the way you *should* do it. So, if you end up having big bad issues, everyone is going to tell you "it's because CCR and One-X are on the same box" regardless of the actual issue. Best practices are important, but if you plan on going solo on this one then it does work OK in my experience.

You can install it together and it will run but one day it will screw up One-X Portal for sure.
Been there and done that.
