Hi Moriendi,
Need help please I install the ACWin IP to the third PC unfortunately there was no connection it is supposed to be saying on the below right side window Active like the rest of the pc but the third pc has no connection, all configuration were all correct,just wondering why it's not ACTIVE. please advise

In AC-Win configure, check you have the right audio devices selected, if they are wrong AC-Win does not go active.

Hi Moriendi, thanks for your immediate response I really appreciate it, I've already check but the audio devices were correct and still not active.

Difficult to say without seeing config. Can you post a reg-acsu; reg-vfgr; and a dis-aps:,psgl,y*;

Also a dis-bcsu:tbl for the slot where you added the console, and screenshots from your ac-win configure.

You haven't closed the call control window have you?

Just in case u missed it,
-Have you checked license?
-headset working?detected by the pc?

Best

and I have a Jabra BIZ 620 headset configured as atached photo, and installed CLA & CLM on same PC and copied License file in the Import folder (it run to license folder with some changes software made to it).

but still when I start AC-win IP MQ with password "123456" there is an error says "This is an unauthorized copy of AC-WIN".
is there any other command I had to insert before inserting these commands?

Best Regards
Hamid

The error message is nothing to do with those commands. The AC-Win is saying your license is not valid. Check for a license file in \program files <x86)\licensing\license agent\license. If you don't have one, that's the problem. Then check the error.log in the license agent\log directory, when was it last written, what are the contents.

Forget the OS4K config, this is purely a license error with AC-Win and your PC.
