Dear Sr.
Please say me how i Install a second parallel por, it is a pci moschip (MSC9805).
I have SCO unix 5.05

The general command you want is:

# mkdev parallel

It will ask a few questions regarding the IRQ and I/O address values.
I've had problems in the past with trying to add PCI parallel adapters on older versions of SCO.

"Proof that there is intelligent life in Oregon. Well, Life anyway.

Thanks, but the parallel card doesn`t let me setup the IRQ, because it is a pci card.

Had you considered the possibility of setting up a serial printer and feeding the data through a serial to parallel converter?
I know it isn't the answer you wanted but it is one way to accomplish the printed output you need.

Give the wrong symptoms, get the wrong solutions.

I´ve seen the SIIG pci parallel card is compatible whit SCO 4.2, do you think it works?. Mi sco is 5.05.

Not sure for 5.0.5, but you may analyse the output of the following command:
hw -r pci

Hope This Helps, PH.
