Need help on the steps to take when installing a new hard drive on a server running Novell netware 3.12?

Is this a replacement drive or adding a second drive to the existing system. If replacing the drive:

1) Backup the system to tape
2) Print out a copy of the STARTUP.NCF and AUTOEXEC.NCF
3) Down the server.
4) If possible, install the new drive as a slave to existing drive ( if not, copy everything on the C: drive
to diskette, or to portable Zip drive).
5) Create a bootable DOS partition on the new drive (100Mb) and copy what's on the old C: drive over.
6) Set the new drive as master and you should be able to boot off it. Run SERVER, then load INSTALL.
7) Create the Netware partition on the new drive.
8) Copy the system and public files.
9) Install the tape backup software
10) Do a complete restore.
