Installed Exchange 2003

I just installed Exchange 2003 and did a restore to update our users email. Now I am unable to bring up Outlook Web Access. It comes up as "Page cannot be displayed". I installed Exchange Service Pack 2. What course of action do I take from here?

So when you say "did a restore to update users" what do you mean?

Can you access the default webpage on your IIS server?

I restored all users mailboxes from the backup.

Access the default webpage??? How do I do that?
