Installation Wizard 1

Now that my application is ready for use, I need to make it available to my customers. Because some of them really need to be coddled, I'd like to put the program into some sort of installation wizard for them. What software will I need to create this?

InstallShield is a very popular package for this. If you don't want to spend the money on that software, you can package it as an MSI (WinNT/2000/XP) with WinInstall LE that comes on the Server CD or you can pick it up free on the On Demand Software web site.

You can also use some free ones out there on the market that work really well too. "Inno Setup" is one that I use and I love it alot.
