Installation Visual Studio 2005 SP1 on Windows 2003 Enterprize 1

Does anybody having error 1718 while installing Visual Studio 2005 SP1? I have an dual xeon 2.4GHz and 1G RAM. I appreciate someone provide with a solution to install Visual Studio 2005 SP1.

Try this KB first:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925336

You can set a registry value to reliably install Service Pack 1. Set the DWORD registry value named PolicyScope to 1 in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Safer\CodeIdentifiers registry key.

I don't have policyscope entry in my registry database. Is there anything extra I need to do. Thanks for reply
