Is there anyone out there familiar with the best way to do a Windows XP Home installation on multiple systems at one time. The senario a friend of mine has is a group of 30 blade servers which he will need to install Windows XP Home on each machine. Obviously he would like a way of doing without installing individually. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. I did suggest imaging to him but we would like to find out if there are other possibilities. Thanks.

The best way is to buy the Blade servers with XP Home preinstalled.

I would use Acronis Snap Deploy:
With this or Symantec Ghost you could use a network based image for the installation. (Remember that XP Home does not support RIS; and is limited to five connections at a time).

Some day tell use why your friend chose Blade-type servers to run XP Home.

Thanks Bcaster ... I am not sure why but I will ask him when I speak to him. I think the issue you mentioned with Home not supporting RIS is a key point that I was not aware of and I think he may not have known. Thank you for your help and any other suggestions would be appreciated.
