INSTALLATION OF TVM200 ON TDE600

Dear Forum members,

I am trying to Install TVM200 on TDE600. If i try to initiate quick setup, it gives an error in "loading extension number and first name"
What could be the issue?.

Hi Obtsystems,
Yes , the ports (4 of them) were set as VM ports

Additional info: The error message is" error receiving extension and first name

Make sure vm port 1 on the system is connected on the first port of tne voicemail
