Installation of KX-HDV330 on KX-NS700

Greetings

This is my first experience with Panasonic products. I have to buy 10 KX-HDV330 to install on the PBX KX-NS700.
How will the installation be done?
Does the installation of these IP PHONE (SIP) require a license?
If yes, what kind of license?
And how many licenses do I need?
Is the license still on sale?

If the KX-NS700 is at version 9, i guess you will not need a license.
Ain't sure if the licenses are still be sold but have seen NS700 at ver9 being sold on ebay.

Can I upgrade to version 9?
