Hi all,

I'm facing a situation where it could be easier for me to install the Avaya IP Office tools on the only Windows VM my customer gives me access to.
Is there a document where Avaya says that the installation of other software than the IPOCC ones is forbidden?
Or did your experience tells that not something to do ?

Regards,

You're not supposed to have Admin tools on the same server, but I have one customer where it is installed there.

But do not install Java since IPOCC already comes with JDK.

Hi Janni78,

Thank you very much for your answer.
I agree with you that we are not supposed to do this. My final customer asked me that and I wanted to confirm my opinion.

Okay about Java.

Regards,
