Installation help with 3 win2003 servers

Hi

I have an server with windows 2003 server installed as the DC. I want to add another 2003 server + 2003 server webedition to this domain. Does anyone have any good links or tips on how to do this? There are lots of expressions that confuses me Trees and forests and such...
