Install X Windows on Redhat

I installed Redhat 7.3 with no X windows programs but would like to add GNOME or KDE... what's the best method to install these?

isn't XWindows on the install CDs?

I'm using the latest redhat so it installed easily the first time around.

KDE and GNOME are GUI environment.
If you can't access your GUI (Xwindows), why do you bother to install the GUI environment?

I need to know which packages are needed for the install.

I need to install Oracle and it requires X windows, so that's why I need a GUI.
