Install Teacher/Student over Basic

I bought my son a Dell laptop over a year ago. It has Office 2003 Basic. He now needs PowerPoint. I have Office 2003 Teacher/Student Edition on my PC and I'm allowed to install onto 3 PC's. Can I install it onto my son's laptop, or will it ruin his Office that already installed?

No it should be OK - presuming it is S&T 2003 version. Uninstalling and reinstalling Office doesn't change user settings or affect documetns, etc.
