install steps modem win98se

5 days of trying I still cannot install my modem.
It is Model enf-656-pcig-inpr
Intel voice data fax v.92
can some walk me thru the proper steps. these are the files I need placed into the respected directories.

intels.wwh
intels11.cat
intels.inf
intels.vxd
intels12inf
intelscp.cpl
intelsdb.vxd
intelspn.exe
intelsrp
There is no listing of this modem in win98se
these files were downloaded from the internet.
I have created a directory on My c:\ now where do I place them.
My system is a HP vectra
48mb ram
2gig hd
90% free space

Actual name of modem is INTEL FAX MODEM DATA 56K V.92 PCI
Was able to locate in listing.
