I hav network with win2k advanced server and 20 win2000 prof clients. I want to install some softwares like msn messenger and some more on clients pcs. Is it possible to install software in client machine from server,i mean sitting infront of the server.

Do you want to roll out software, meaning you want to install the same programs at the same time across all the machines? You could do that with GPOs.

If you mean you want to remotely access each individual machine, W2K Pro doesn't have terminal services so you can't use that. But you there are third party applications like VNC that allows you remote access much like PCAnywhere.

- Zoe, that's ZOH-EEE, get it right please

Dont use VNC, Too Slow.. Use RemoteAdmin21 Fast, always encrypted and available via Google.
