The docs are not freely available for download.
If you are a certified Aastra partner then you have access to the documentations, else you have to ask someone who is.

I have some access to support.net and the infochannel aastra but i don't have access to the new knowledge base.

contact your local aastra representative who will be able to provide that access if you are an ASP,
