Install blue screen

Just installing Veritas Backup exec onto a Windows 2003 Server, and received a blue screen when it got to the section where the drivers for the backup drives are checked.

After rebooting the server it got stook in a loop whilst starting up, where it rebooted itself.

Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions?

we had exactly the same problem with an overland library and an w2003 server using veritas 9.1.

there was after 10 days of discussion with overland and veritas support no solution available!

we have moved the veritas installation to a windows 2000 pc and perform the backup remote, it worked after 30 minutes...

- Jedoch wenn Sie Backup Exec auf die Windows 2000 Maschine installieren wollen, sollte es kein Problem sein. Sie können die gleiche Version des Backup Execs auf dem System installieren.
