Install Avaya 1416 in Emetrotel UCx250

Dear experts,

I tried to install the Avaya 1416 deskphone to UCX250 with the DSM16-R6.
The phone just flash with the LED and "Check sum test please wait", then displayed "9036".
I tested with another phone set but still the same result and displayed "A".

Also, I could not update the Mac addess of this phone in PABX configuration by usint the XSTIM to create the device.

Any suggestion is much appreicated.

After update the software in DSM16 and setup the Avaya 1416.
It worked fine.
